Please be advised that the Association’s insurance carrier will be conducting an independent exterior evaluation throughout the community on Tuesday, May 5.
The evaluator will be walking the community and visually inspecting exterior areas only. No interior access is required.
To help ensure the visit goes smoothly, we kindly ask you:
- Ensure all pets are kept inside or securely restrained outdoors during the evaluation. - Unlock any gate locks providing access to exterior areas (such as backyards) on the day of the visit. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
