Important Reminder Regarding Trash Disposal

Dear Stonehaven Homeowners,

This letter is to address an ongoing issue regarding improper trash disposal within the community. To help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Stonehaven, we would like to remind all residents of the following requirements:

- All trash bags must be placed completely inside the dumpster. - Recyclable items, including cardboard boxes and larger items, must be broken down before being placed in the recycling dumpster. - Do not leave trash, bulk items, or debris outside or beside the dumpsters. Failure to follow these guidelines creates debris issues, attracts pests, and increases maintenance costs for the community. Please be advised that if it is determined that a resident is not complying with these trash disposal requirements, a violation may be issued in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

If your unit is currently occupied by a tenant, please share this important information with them to ensure everyone is aware of and complies with the community’s trash disposal expectations.
